What are the benefits of Smoothies??

I get this question so many times.

The simple answer is because they are convenient, easy to make, they are portable, economical and leaves the fridge clean by actually using the left over fruits and vegetables.

Just blend and you are ready to go.

Smoothies can be adjusted according to your meal time. What I mean is you can have it for breakfast by just adding oats to any of these recipes to make it more filling and to keep you full for a little longer.

Or have it as a snack.

Or maybe just have it as a main meal lunch or dinner as a smoothie bowl. That way you get the nutrition but still keep it lighter than the regular meals.

These are my preferred snack post workout. It not only gives me the nutrition my body requires after a tough workout but also keep me full till the next meal.
