A little bit about me, I’ve studied Masters In Political Science, I have a Diploma in Homeopathy and I’m an art enthusiast, having trained in Fused Glass and Architectural Glass Art.
I have many passions, but the one that has really helped me to help others is my passion for living a full and happy life without compromising your health and wellbeing.
My inspiration is my mom, who’s famous by, Nano Ki Duniya. Following her example of celebrating life, I have been blessed to be able to help many others find that same outlook on life.
What is life without art, colour, laughter and good food?
I think I’ve naturally always been drawn to these things from a young age, so it was only apt that I got into healthy eating and weight loss recipes.
My husband & I love desserts, and we also wanted to stay fit & healthy but we didn’t want to give up sweet desserts.
I started making granola bars and healthy versions of carrot cakes for him to take into work and share with colleagues, and that was the start of my recipe developing skills.
As the interest grew I started checking the ingredients of the products I would buy from the supermarket and would try to avoid the preservatives and instead would opt for the clean ingredient products.
And so after many years of recipe tweaking, trials and errors, I am happy to share with you what I have learned over the years.
