Eating Healthy

I often receive these questions:

How do I manage to stay fit?

Do I eat healthy all the time?

Don’t I ever over eat?

Don’t I crave for unhealthy foods?

To answer all of these questions I would say I strongly believe in maintaining a balanced diet. To me a balanced diet means eating 80% healthy and 20% not so healthy.

What I mean by this is, there are times when we are not eating at home, or when we are travelling. Those are times when we must relax and eat what ever is available, since we can’t starve ourselves. This would be the 20% of the unhealthy eating.

80% would be the healthy eating, from breakfast to dinner every day.

Here I would like to express the utmost importance of not staying empty stomach for long hours in between the 3 main meals- breakfast, lunch and dinner.

I always have a snack in between the 3 main meals. Between breakfast and dinner, I have a smoothie. Which I make myself, with fresh fruits, vegetables, I also add nuts and seeds in it, to get the nutritious and fuel my body for the rest of the day.

My smoothie eBook has 10 of my most liked smoothies. These are so easy to make. It contains a smoothie for better sleep, a smoothie for weight loss, also a smoothie recipe for ant bloating and much more.
