PRE CONSULTATION FOR 101 PLAN
You will be sent a form for you to fill out to let us know your eating and working out routine. As well as seeing what are your expectations are from me.
CONSULTATION STAGE
You start off with a fitness assessment, which allows us to understand your current health & fitness levels.
This is followed by weekly interactions where we work together on devising an eating pattern that is sustainable and a culture fit
During the appointments I review and alter your meal and exercise plans as needed.

Special meal guidelines for special occasions like work travel, WFH, holiday, wedding, festivals, etc.
