Importance of Drinking water

Water is important for our health.

2-3 liters of water daily.
Just like we wash our face, in the same way we wash our inner body by drinking water. What ever we eat is washed out by water.
Water helps us clean our bladder. You check by looking at your urine, if it’s yellowish that means we you need to drink more water.
These small steps help us stay fit.
Our fitness depends on these things.
It helps us digest our food.
It helps to regulate our blood pressure.
Helps us keep our bone joints flexible.
Also it helps us to prevent constipation. Helps to regulate our bowel movement going.
Water is great for helping teenagers prevent having acne, pimples, red or white. It is excellent to keep the skin clean.
I have tried it on my patients. Half of the healing is done by drinking water.
Please remember these tips and keep drinking water.
It’s important for women, men and children.
Remember cure is better than treatment.
And stay fit.

Pancakes with Almond flour

The most satisfying taste I have ever experienced.

Almond flour Pancakes

Recipe:

Almond flour 1 cup
Desiccated coconut flour 1/2
Coconut Cream 2 table spoon
Egg 3
Baking Powder 1 teaspoon
Chia seeds 1 teaspoon
Monk fruit 1table spoon 1/2 tea spoon
Mix it all together

Heat oil and make the pancakes.

Topping:

Cook together,
Raspberries frozen
Jaggery 1 tea spoon,
Mix and add on top of the pancakes.
Also add mix fruit jam no sugar 1 tea spoon . Or any jam of your choice.
Sliced almonds on the top.
Drizzle of honey
Slice the Bananas and place them on the side.
